Cold pre-fermentation maceration to enhance the aromatic components. Fermented and aged at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. Discrete and elegant nose. Notes of grapefruit, jasmine, and a hint of cassis buds combine in a layered aromatic richness. Great freshness and balance on the palate with a clean, long finish. A precise, crisp and pure wine.
