 The VV gets a touch more wood than the regular Mercurey and it adds a whisp of vanilla and extra texture to the deeply rendered dark, dusky fruit, lifted purple violet, raspberry pastille and cinnamon aromas, spicy, mineral finish and extra flash of black silk on the end.

Superb deep ruby-red color. Powerful and complex, the nose shows notes of spices, black fruit, licorice and a hint of fennel.

Enters with density and freshness together with a long mid palate. Earthy notes are present together with spices and dry herbs combined with the black fruit. Feudi di San Gregorio Serpico is a ruby red color. A complete bouquet of cherry jam, sweet spices, licorice, coffee and cacao.

 Composed primarily of Verdelho, Albariño, Muscat, and Chardonnay, this beautifully nuanced and irreverently elegant wine shows all of the aromatic complexity and textural presence that are the hallmarks of wines grown on the limestone of our estate.

From a rocky, volcanic site in the cool-climate valley, this balanced wine is juicy in cola and dark cherry, with an earthy foundation of rock and mineral. Good acidity provides freshness and energy, a bit of tension around the otherwise supple tannin and soft length

The 2019 Oakcross Proprietary Red presents itself with an intense, dark ruby color. It opens with scents of red plum, perfume and aromatic floral notes of violet, along with hints of pomegranate, persimmon and vanilla cream. The mouthfeel is plush, soft and balanced, with perfectly resolved tannins and flavors of tart plum skin and rich, dark berries.

 It’s all dark side in character – black fruit, tar, pepper and some well folded charred oak.

The 2018 corresponds with fragrances of chestnut and forest undergrowth juxtaposed with the vintage’s fruit sweetness. Layers of long suede-like tannins wrap around fleshy black cherry. As it opens, subtle traces of pepper, leather and incense pledge more to come. 

So unique: Black olive, asphalt and tar hanging in there early on,

This wine is textbook Bien Nacido in its aromatic mixture of fresh and baked apple, lemon cream, white peach, nougat, toasted oak spice and earthy undercurrents

Its fresh acidity brightens up the palate, introducing flavors of tropical fruit, apple, hazelnut, vanilla and spices, leading to a silky smooth texture that lengthens its elegant finish.
