The wine shows an intense and elegant aromatic profile with hints of peach, apricot, Mediterranean herbs, and a light sapid and mineral touch coming from the volcanic subsoil. On the palate, it is round and very expressive with fresh notes of citrus and peach. It is a wine of great depth with a long mineral finish.

Pure nose, full of minerality and flint which is a typical hint of Santorini’s Assyrtiko. Notes of matured stone-fruits and tart of citrus fruits. The palate shows considerable depth and genuine concentration, rich and dense with finesse and well-balanced acidity. Long aftertaste with saltiness and minerality.

The wine is bright, fresh and offers notes of Golden Delicious apples, citrus and orchard fruit with a hint of salinity. 

This light bodied, mineral white has a crisp lemony freshness with bright acidity complemented by subtle notes of stonefruit and a nutty, smokey finish.

In the glass, delicate notes of white blossom, white peach, and freshly sliced pear, later evolving into a sophisticated blend of citrus zest, elderflower, and stony minerality.

This light wine is cheerfully lively and refreshingly addictive.   Made from Alvarinho (Albariño) and Loureiro, this incredible value wine is layered with citrus, green apple and melon fruits with slight tropical notes to balance the tart fruit.

Floral notes, bright citrus, a hint of chamomile, and the characteristic diesel aroma are followed by green apple flavors.
