Pinot Meunier is the fruitiest and most expressive of the 3 main grape varieties grown in Champagne. Characteristic of the grape variety from which it comes, the Brut Tradition cuvée offers intense aromas of vanilla, fruit jellies and candied lemon. Some will also find macadamia nuts there. On the palate the attack is ample and the bubble is fine, the notes of ripe yellow fruits dominate before discovering a coconut milk finish.
This Brut Tradition can be served as an aperitif, but its power and volume also make it a Champagne that can also accompany your fish in sauce and certain light white meats.
