Flavors of jammy blackberry blueberry and red licorice pop into the palate with hints of cocoa and spice box.
Our 2017 Leoncito is a dark purple color. Aromas of boysenberry lead to notes of vanilla and baking spices. With a smooth yet medium-bodied palette, this wine offers rich flavors of ripe black cherry, red berries, dark chocolate and a long, silky finish.
Extremely fragrant notes of sweet black cherry, warm baking spices, and blackberry are balanced by notes of cedar. Rich flavors of ripe black cherry and dark chocolate with a hint of espresso, combine with blackberry to create a wine that is lush and fruit-forward yet balanced. The finish is lingering and silken, with hints of structure that will aid in aging. Enjoyable now and many years ahead
The 2019 Ehlers Estate Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a luscious wine and a great representation of the Napa Valley. Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc from our Estate vineyard dominate the blend, accompanied by Cabernet Sauvignon from carefully selected Howell Mountain and Napa vineyard sites. Deep purple, concentrated aromas of blackberries, mineral notes of graphite and smashed rocks, cedar, tobacco leaf, cassis, and dry herbs spice mix. Ample mouth feel, full-body, with firm tannins and great acid structure, that helps accentuate the flavors of berry compote, spices, and oak flavors like mocha. Very long finish. Enjoyable now but will age well for 15-20 more years. Unfined/Unfiltered.
Deep black cherry, blackberry, sweet spice, mocha, black tea, and hickory smoke impressions fill the aroma and flavors. It unfolds in layers of dark cassis fruit, plum, violets and fragrant vanilla.

Energetic, savory and concentrated, this wine fills the palate with flavors of blackberry, black cherry and lots of spices. Powder-fine while persistent tannins join with brightening acidity for a wine with satisfying length.
Enters with density and freshness together with a long mid palate. Earthy notes are present together with spices and dry herbs combined with the black fruit. Graphite gives way to bright, red fruit on a textural palate marked by mountain minerality. Balance and bright flavors, tannins are present yet in a subtle and soft way.
