Dark garnet in color, dense, deep and silky at the same time, with delicate tannins and a subtle acidity that give it elegance and finesse. It gives off an intense fruity aroma of blackberries and blueberries, on fine smoky notes and a delicious hint of orange rind.
Cooperage: Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, then French oak barrels
