The Chenin Blanc has a refreshing nose with fresh crisp Bosc Pears, fresh apricots and hints of juicy lemons and fresh lime peels. On the palate you get fresh lemons, green apples and pears with a hint of a minerality on the finish. This is South Africa’s most popular varietal and easy drinking wine.
Made with 100% Xarel-lo, entirely from a selected biodynamic vineyard. This wine is naturally fermented using the ambient yeasts on the skins in concrete vats. It is expressive on the palate making an elegant and delicious accompaniment to food. This light bodied, mineral white has a crisp lemony freshness with bright acidity complemented by subtle notes of stonefruit and a nutty, smokey finish.
