Aged in cement tanks, this is a fruity, light wine with juicy black fruits. Its black-currant fruits have produced light tannins that are balanced with fresh acidity. Drink now.
Named for Serge’s daughter, this red effectively showcases that fresh wine doesn’t just mean fresh fruit notes. The flavors are mostly deep and dark—stones, licorice, black olive, and blackberry—but the frame is lithe, yielding a mesmerizing yin and yang.
This wine presents a lovely ruby color and aromas of morello cherries and licorice on the nose. The wine is soft and broad on entry to the palate revealing roasted aromas and a lovely fragrance of peppermint. Its lingering flavors are underpinned by lovely spicy notes. This powerful aromatic bouquet combined with silky tannins lends the wine a fresh, luscious character.
Wine with a deep garnet color. Nice complexity on the nose. At the opening, black fruits dominate. Then spicy notes appear. To complete the aromatic complexity, fresher notes, eucalyptus, thyme, rosemary lighten the whole. Nice balance between strength and sweetness after aeration. Ample, round and suave mouth, full and generous.
