Dark Stone fruit, holiday spice, and bright cherry develop into a smooth finish with a full-bodied mouthfeel.

Ripe red plum, strawberry, earthen notes of clay, tobacco and of course the flowery notes of rose petals and lavender. The middle palate keeps expanding fruit wise.
Made from a tiny field blend dominated by Grenache but also including Syrah, Carignan and Petite Sirah, among others, this small-production red tastes of freshly picked strawberries seasoned in Meyer lemon. Light, bright and earthy, it shows varietal spiciness and rounded tannin.
The palate bursts with ripe wild strawberry, raspberry and sweet red plums, with a touch of toasted caramel.

With black plum and savory notes on the nose, the palate is warm and dense, with present tannins and acidity that conjure lovely old vines.
The Sea Shell Estate Cuvee is like a traditional Paso Cabernet Sauvignon, but with much more depth. It is big and weighty with moderate acidity.
The flavors on the palate are cassis, Raspberry, mulberry, Satsuma orange, cinnamon spice, and a juicy, long finish.
The wine has a smooth, rich texture with a medium body and subtle oak influence. It features aromas of black plums, blackberries, cassis, menthol, and cocoa, with flavors of blackcurrant, menthol, nutmeg, and espresso on the palate.
On the palate, there is a perception of hard-candy sweetness that mingles with a beautifully balanced acidity and soft tannin structure.
Behind, and with a bit of air, a more earthy porcini base begins to rise. The finish is long and lingering with orange zest and fresh cranberry notes.
