This is luscious and delicious with blackberry, blueberry and light walnut. Some tar undertones.
A fleshed out mid palate continues with wet leaves, red currants and drying tannins that are on point.
The wine has a juicy character of black-currant fruits from the Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend. It is ripe and balanced, its fruit shot through with acidity and supported by tannins that are still young.
Rich black fruit notes with raspberries, black cherries, but also blackberries. With aeration emerges complexity, notes of truffle and almonds too.
Raspberries, sliced chilis, dried flowers and nutmeg on the nose. It’s fresh and spicy with a medium body and crunchy tannins. 78% merlot and 22% cabernet franc.
