Bailly Lapierre Egarade Brut 2019 is a sparkling wine produced in the Burgundy region of France. This wine is crafted with attention to detail, reflecting the quality and tradition of the region's winemaking.
An expressive bouquet of crisp apple, juicy pear, zesty citrus, and a whisper of toasted notes released by the fine bubbles. Dry, fresh flavors with a rich finish that is well balanced with a touch of minerality.
The palate comes in with fine, creamy mousse and charms with both freshness and body. It's an elegant little fizzy number full of flavor, with a dry finish.
The plumy richness of the Merlot greets you upfront while the playful lighter Albarino waves to you from the back. Enjoy big soft tannin and some herbal character for a bottle of sparkling wine with guts.
A fresh Riesling with the "German Sparkling Wine" designation from the Ahr Valley. A racy opening with green fruits and aromas of clear slate. The coarse mousse melts on the tongue and lends a slight sharpness to the palate. Minerals, light cypress notes, apple, and pear complete the overall picture.
Fruity, intense bouquet of exotic fruits, finely sparkling enjoyment.
Delicate, fresh, and fruity with hints of summer fruit and citrus.
Flavors of salted citrus, muddled raspberry, red currant and river stones wash across the palate into an elegant and refined finish. Refreshing and easy to drink, enjoy this beautiful Rosé Champagne with smoked salmon anyway you like, grilled shrimp served with corn and peppers or a crispy roast duck.
Aromas of strawberry shortcake, canned pear, white peach, lightly toasted broiche, and rose petals. The palate flirts with tangerine, kumquat, nectarine on the finish with warm watermelon rind and lemon meringue pie
Pale salmon in color, our Blanc de Noirs has aromas of berry and pear, complemented by a rich, round mouth feel on the palate. It finishes with a layer of cream and pleasant, warm toastiness. Incredibly versatile and pairs with all styles of food!
The Brut offers a crisp, and full-bodied sparkling wine, which has developed rich complexity and fine mousse. The allure of toasty finish from twenty-four months on tirage, is a complement to the sophisticated apple and citrus flavor.
From a superstar vintage, this is all class. There's richness here—a buttered toast backbone—but there's also vibrant fruit via green apple and lemon rind. Mouthfilling flavors of yeast and orchard fruit are bundled up neatly in a silky rich texture and pricked by fine fizz and fresh acidity. Christina Pickard
The elegant palate delivers seamless and concentrated flavors, tropical and citrus fruits, layered with creamy notes of sponge cake and graham cracker. A long finish is driven by a generous and lively acidity.
The palate has crisp acidity and tantalizing bubbles, along with dynamic flavors that are reminiscent of juicy apple, tart strawberries, and summer dandelions.
This non-vintage (NV) Prosecco delivers fresh orchard fruit, delicate floral aromas, and a gentle touch of sweetness, making it an ideal choice for celebrations, aperitifs, or easygoing everyday sipping.
The nose is tantalizing, with fragrances of crusty brioche, pineapple and caramelized golden apple.

On the palate the wine is bright, full and zesty, with fine mid-palate depth, youthful acids, frothy mousse and very good length and grip on the still quite primary finish.
It has beautiful strawberry, orange blossom, toasted bread and brioche notes to go with a medium-bodied, pure, elegant style on the palate. The acidity is nicely balanced, and it excels on its purity.
An expressive nose on dried fruits (almonds, fresh hazelnuts) mixed with delicate notes of almost candied pear. Long and balanced on the palate, fresh and creamy, enhanced with citrus notes with a pleasant hint of bitterness.
The palate is effervescent yet robust. Well-structured tannins flesh out the perfectly balanced acidity, with notes of grapefruit and apple, and ending with a lingering finish that will have you reaching for another glass.
