Bailly Lapierre Egarade Brut 2019 is a sparkling wine produced in the Burgundy region of France. This wine is crafted with attention to detail, reflecting the quality and tradition of the region's winemaking.

In a first nose we perceive notes of dry figs, dried almonds. Then with a second nose, we find touches of almond paste, millefeuille, marshmallow and honey.

Our 2022 Blanc de Blancs has lifted aromas of green apple, apple tart, and apple custard, intermingled with tangerine and lemon-lime.

Our 2021 Brut Rosé welcomes a bouquet of ripe raspberry, strawberry, watermelon, and white peach, intermingled with hints of lemon-lime, orange zest, and ginger.

On the palate the wine is bright, full and zesty, with fine mid-palate depth, youthful acids, frothy mousse and very good length and grip on the still quite primary finish. 

 It has beautiful strawberry, orange blossom, toasted bread and brioche notes to go with a medium-bodied, pure, elegant style on the palate. The acidity is nicely balanced, and it excels on its purity.

An expressive nose on dried fruits (almonds, fresh hazelnuts) mixed with delicate notes of almost candied pear. Long and balanced on the palate, fresh and creamy, enhanced with citrus notes with a pleasant hint of bitterness.

The palate is effervescent yet robust. Well-structured tannins flesh out the perfectly balanced acidity, with notes of grapefruit and apple, and ending with a lingering finish that will have you reaching for another glass.
