Delicate, fresh, and fruity with hints of summer fruit and citrus.
Flavors of salted citrus, muddled raspberry, red currant and river stones wash across the palate into an elegant and refined finish. Refreshing and easy to drink, enjoy this beautiful Rosé Champagne with smoked salmon anyway you like, grilled shrimp served with corn and peppers or a crispy roast duck.
Aromas of strawberry shortcake, canned pear, white peach, lightly toasted broiche, and rose petals. The palate flirts with tangerine, kumquat, nectarine on the finish with warm watermelon rind and lemon meringue pie. Balanced fatness and acidity on the texture, vibrant and exceptionally clean all the way through to the finish, phenomenally precise.
Pale salmon in color, our Blanc de Noirs has aromas of berry and pear, complemented by a rich, round mouth feel on the palate. It finishes with a layer of cream and pleasant, warm toastiness. Incredibly versatile and pairs with all styles of food!
The Brut offers a crisp, and full-bodied sparkling wine, which has developed rich complexity and fine mousse. The allure of toasty finish from twenty-four months on tirage, is a complement to the sophisticated apple and citrus flavor. Winemaker's Note: Brilliant with ultra-fine bubbles. A wonderful fine bouquet dominated by green apple and grapefruit flavors.
From a superstar vintage, this is all class. There's richness here—a buttered toast backbone—but there's also vibrant fruit via green apple and lemon rind. Mouthfilling flavors of yeast and orchard fruit are bundled up neatly in a silky rich texture and pricked by fine fizz and fresh acidity. Christina Pickard
Juicy Red Delicious apple and a hint of smoke on the nose usher you into this wine. At first sip, though, red berries like cherry and cranberry take center stage. The apple, smoke and a delightful hit of pepper are supporting players. A bracing back palate acidity offers a palate-cleansing sensation, but the finish on this wine is gently fruity and ultimately savory.
The 2013 J. Schram Blancs opens with the attractive aromas of baked peach, caramel apple, marzipan, and brioche, and finishes with nuances of vanilla custard and bright lemon curd. The elegant palate delivers seamless and concentrated flavors, tropical and citrus fruits, layered with creamy notes of sponge cake and graham cracker. A long finish is driven by a generous and lively acidity.
The nose is tantalizing, with fragrances of crusty brioche, pineapple and caramelized golden apple.
Floral aromas of fruit with subtle predominance of white fruits: pear, apple, almonds and hazelnuts. Fresh opening, smooth, pleasant and balanced.
