Baked lemon, apple, lemon peel and paraffin aromas show on the nose of this bottling. The palate is very down the middle and familiar, offering toasted nut, light butter and tart apple flavors.

Kumeu vineyards that contribute to this wine gave us a blend of Chardonnay that is particularly concentrated with very citrus, preserved lemon aromas and a dense layered palate with lingering complexity.
