Spurred cordon vine training. Manual dry pruning, manual de-femming and dissolving, manual bunch thinning, manual grape harvesting. Soft pressing of the bunches, maceration duration 15 days, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel vats with automatic temperature control. 6 months aging in steel vats. Minimum 1 month bottle refinement.
