Beautiful bright deep red with purple accents. Expressive nose, complex, dark fruit with spicy notes of cinnamon and clove. Chubby with a nice fresh texture and licorice in the final. Silky and noble tannins.
Production notes

Closed stainless steel tanks. Temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation, 4 week maceration.. Ageing 38 months in new oak.
