Tasting notes

A balanced wine, made with a grape variety endemic to the Loire. These old vines are harvested by hand in 25 kg crates, for selective sorting of the grapes before processing. Vinification is done in whole bunches in order to condense the aromas present in the pulp and skin of the grape, all without added sulfites .

All the ingredients are there for a wine of pleasure, it envelops the palate with a balance between a crisp black fruit and its peppery tannins which structure the mouth. An original mouth for a grape variety to discover with a grill, red meat, roast pork, lamb, dish in sauce.
