Wine Information

Tasting notes

Bright pale yellow color with green reflections in the glass. The nose is expressive with notes of citrus (yellow and green lemon), white fruits (pears), white flowers and mineral. On the palate, freshness, great balance and elegance.

Production notes

Grapes are harvested at night at perfect ripeness (12°-13°). The juice is protected from oxidation and undergoes gentle pneumatic pressing to extract the best free-run juice under inert gas. Cold settling occurs for 48 hours at 8°C, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation at 16°C. Aging takes place on fine lees, with no malolactic fermentation.
