Our second vintage of this wine and it has already become a crowd pleaser. This white wine from the legendary Bien Nacido site is full of crisp floral, pear, and blossom notes, noted with lime-like acidity and chalky minerality. Steely and textured, drinks great now but will age gracefully.
Cooperage: 11 months in Austrian oak Foudre then 6 months in stainless steel
