The nose is tantalizing, with fragrances of crusty brioche, pineapple and caramelized golden apple. This wine is firm and impressive upon entry, with notes of white peaches, almond paste, white flowers and yeasty bread dough. The acidity is balanced and lively and brings just the right amount of tension throughout a creamy, elegant finish.
