A fresh Riesling with the "German Sparkling Wine" designation from the Ahr Valley. A racy opening with green fruits and aromas of clear slate. The coarse mousse melts on the tongue and lends a slight sharpness to the palate. Minerals, light cypress notes, apple, and pear complete the overall picture.
